We have all felt that yucky feeling associated with procrastination - the anxiety you feel as you delay getting whatever project or task that needs to get done, trying to keep your attention elsewhere while the task slowly gnaws at you. Ugh, no one likes that feeling! Even if you don't procrastinate often, we all may find ourselves procrastinating in some way shape or form, so for this week's episode, I wanted to discuss why we procrastinate in the first place, and a few tips to keep those procrastination habits at bay.
We don't want procrastination today to impact our future lives, right?
