Worrying not only sucks our mental energy but it also has negative physical effects on us. In today’s show, I’m digging into what is worrying, why we do it, and I share with you a positive affirmation that is my ‘go-to affirmation” when I start feeling worried about something in my life. It’s time to ditch worrying, or atleast worry a little less!
