This week I’m looking at self-expression.
For some, hearing the word ‘self’ may seem a bit egotistical, but I hope as the episode unfolds you will understand
that all these concepts are not about a desire for a sense of self-indulgence, or what we may perceive to be selfish but actually about shaping self-care.
Fundamentally, we cannot really care for others properly, unless we care for ourselves, and this takes a sense of communication about ourselves.
