Anna Fruehling is a recovering sugar, food, and drug addict with over 35 years clean. When she realized that sugar acts as the gateway drug, priming the brain for all other addictions, a light bulb went off!

Anna is now a certified in Holistic Medicine for Addiction, a Certified Primal Health Coach, Certified Keto for Mental Health, a Certified High Performance Coach, and is Food Addiction and SUGAR Certified and Licensed through former podcast guest Bitten Jonnson, who we hosted back on episode 477 of our show!
She is the author of An Altered Spirit, The 12 Steps and Ebenezer Scrooge where all proceeds will benefit non-profit organizations like First Step Home.
As co-founder of SUGARx Global, Judy helped develop a system based on their CARE acronym (Connection, Action Steps, Recovery Protection, and Education) as the foundation for addicts to grow, recover, and transform!
