Manage episode 425391289 series 3539627
Through getting connected to Lt. Col. Dave Grossman (check our prior ep. #85!!) I got to meet and learn about ret. Sgt. Mike Baldwin.
On this episode, he shares about his extensive assignments and law enforcement career and we take a dive into leadership tenets, personal values as they navigate policework, and serving those values in, out, and beyond the job.
Mike Baldwin joined the Grossman team after a distinguished law enforcement career in Arizona. Over his 20 plus year law enforcement career, Mike served in a number of roles: Patrol, Field Training Officer, SWAT Operator, Sergeant, and Lead Detective in the Major Felons Unit.
After obtaining an MBA with an emphasis on Strategic Innovation, Mike retired from law enforcement and joined the Grossman team. He hit the ground running on day 1 and has proven to be a valuable addition. His strategy is to focus on the acronym WIN (What’s Important Now).
As VP of Operations, Mike handles the day-to-day operations of Grossman On Truth. Mike is the co-author with Lt. Col. Dave Grossman of The Bulletproof Mind Companion book. Mike is a devoted husband, father, and Christian man who seeks to honor God in what he does. He speaks about resiliency and making a difference to that “one”.
