We often think of being kind as prioritizing everyone but ourselves. That is not what KINDfulness is about. It involves boundaries and being kind to ourselves first. Then being kind to others.

We have Jennifer Schwytzer, a certified life coach. She produced KINDfulness Coaching to show professionals how to ditch stress and burnout, starting with looking at what our priorities are rather than just setting a list of goals to achieve. In this episode, we will discuss how to be in kind to others and, most significantly, in a way that is also kind to yourself. Join us as we unravel what a nurturing life looks like, starting with oneself.

Episode Highlights:

  • How kindfulness as a play on mindfulness helps us to take care of ourselves
  • How planning based on priorities will lead us to a better life
  • How Jen's husband's hospitalization becomes a turning point in knowing her actual life goals
  • Why is it essential to set boundaries and learn that someone else's emergency is not yours

To reach Jen, you can follow her Instagram @kindfulness_coaching.

If you want to be a part of her 4-Week Boot Camp, you can also check out her website kindfulnesscoaching.com.
