Gently slow your breath,

and just take a minute

to just be.

PAUSE

And in this quiet space,

become aware of your

crown chakra

at the top of your head.

PAUSE

And the more aware you become,

the more you feel its buzzing

with divine life,

an energy that defies

three-dimensional words.

PAUSE

Breathe.

Breathe into the crown chakra,

and feel its pull upward.

Beyond the sky.

Beyond space.

Up to the Divine.

The crown chakra

connects you

to the Divine.

PAUSE

So, take another breath,

and when you exhale,

see the magnificent purple light

of the crown chakra on display.

Your connection to the divine

is popping with energy.

PAUSE

Now, delicately

move your hands

to the top of your head,

and just hold them there

to feel the energy

of your spiritual connection.

PAUSE

As you gently lower your hands,

acknowledge to yourself

that the divine energy you hold

connects you to…

Your ancestors,

Your angels,

Your higher power.

Welcome it.

Embrace it.

PAUSE

And now breathe in

your appreciation and gratitude

for this amazing connection

with the Divine.

Know that if you take the time

to work with that energy,

that it will help you grow spiritually.

And working with spiritual energy

can change your life,

and even the world.
