What can I do now to prevent weight regain in the future?
First of all, congratulations! If you’re asking yourself about prevention, it shows how much you care about your future self and long-term results. Over the last two episodes of the Weight Loss for Busy Physicians podcast, we’ve talked about what to do when you regain weight and how to move forward. Now we’re moving on to prevention.
I’m teaching you the thought and behavior patterns you can rely on to maintain a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and stop weight regain before it begins. The cycle doesn’t have to continue, but only you have the power to break it.
