Peace is a choice we make every day. The choice between peace and its opposite is available to us in every moment, so how can we make the best choice? Especially when circumstances seem the most challenging. Harita Davies, meditation teacher and member of the Sri Chinmoy Centre in New York City, joins us to explore answers to the questions we are all asking about how to stay calm and stay healthy. Harita shares what she’s learned over decades of building her meditation practice: why meditation matters, what it can do for us individually, and what it can do for our world. Harita believes that caring for our own sense of peace is one of the most powerful contributions we can make toward building a better world.
