Self-confrontation is when you look within yourself and examine your own attitudes and behaviours to see where you have shortcomings so that you can make needed changes. It’s about taking an honest look at yourself and finding your own flaws so you can correct them.
This isn't easy work to do.
But it's powerful work that will change your relationship with yourself and your relationship with others.
