Manage episode 326826696 series 2999303
In this final episode of Season 1, we discuss another major cause of a poor relationship with food and eating.

At least, that's not all that goes into eating behaviors. In fact, quite often, food is not really the issue at all! There can be deeper reasons why people become bound up in disordered eating practices over time, and we are going to look at one major reason that changes healthy eating patterns into troubling relationships with food.
