Today is Day 2 of TINAH’s 12 Days of Christmas Chaos To Calm Challenge - where we are helping you find a moment of peace and mindfulness to distress and calm your nervous system during the busy holiday period.
The challenge practise we’re sharing with you today is Brain Dump Journaling also referred to as Bullet Journaling.
This is a journaling technique where you write down anything that comes up into your mind on paper to get all the thoughts, stressors, and ideas out of your head to gain more clarity and peace of mind.
