Episode 170 - Health Heroes! Just like cars have a regular maintenance schedule, oil changes, replace transmission fluid etc. people need one too if they desire optimal health. Part of my maintenance schedule is getting colon hydrotherapy 1-2 times a year to ensure my colon is clean. Even though I take our Gut Detox Formula six days a week except fasting day, I still love getting colon hydrotherapy as a powerful method to keep my body and mind functioning at a high level.
