Self-awareness is our ability to perceive and understand our personality, behavior, emotions, actions, and thoughts. Working on self-awareness is a key element in becoming more emotionally aware and less stressed. With stronger self-awareness and emotional regulation we become better collegues, decision makers, parents, partners, and leaders. We build the skills to handle any problem and emotion and stay focused and present. Self-awarness is attained by working to better understand yourself and your reactions.
