What? This is a triathlon podcast, why are we talking about strength training? Don't we just care about getting faster at swimming, biking, and running? Well, yes we do! But we also want to stay healthy doing what we love and maybe get faster in a more efficient way! Between the three of us, we cover the full spectrum of excuses of why we can't seem to do as much strength training as we would like, but maybe after listening to this episode, everyone will learn something that will help them incorporate it a little more in your training plan.
