Do you feel like you’re constantly trying to “prove” yourself with everything you do? Throughout the week, and especially in the gym, we have multiple opportunities to learn something new. We tend to lose these learning opportunities by feeling like we need to PROVE instead of learn. As soon as we stop looking at time in the gym to constantly prove something to ourselves or others we can come into our own experience in learning.
