Do you relate with the grief, and even resentment, in having to start over in life when it comes to managing, and healing, chronic symptoms? In this episode I share my own process navigating the pain, loneliness and sacrifice and how to alchemise this pain into pride, from feeling victimised by symptoms (and then stuck in symptom fixing) to honouring their truth... from losing careers, friends and missing out on life, into the best, most liberated and aligned decisions we can make for ourselves.
