Today I have Kaitlin Martin, aka mommygrappler, join me as we chat about her introduction to the sport of BJJ and navigating two pregnancies and postpartum in her 17 years in the sport. She offers great insight into how to approach training during pregnancy and her re-introduction to the sport postpartum. Kaitlin has competed and placed in many prestigious competitions, including Masters World, Pans, and American Nationals.
