Meditation - Peace Walking Meditation

The practice of mindful walking and a profound impact on our body and helps us create a deeper connection to the earth. In today's meditation you can do this walking, in a labyrinth, or even walking back and forth in a room or hallway. Please also feel free to do this as a sitting meditation. As we come to the center of the labyrinth or the center of the meditation we will be honoring the 4 directions and the elements each direction holds. Come and walk yourself into a place of calm and centeredness.
Do not listen while driving. Meditation and mindful movement are powerful tools to support you. This is not a substitute for medical care. Consult a doctor or trusted health professional if needed.
