Dr. Chen is an Associate Professor, Department of Medicine at the Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is also the Medical Director of the Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC) and Health Equity Course Director.

Dr. Chen shares her journey as a cancer patient navigating the challenges of the healthcare system, and how that helped ignite her passion for health equity work.

It is normal to feel discomfort when delving into recognizing our own implicit biases, and practicing anti-racism. Listen and watch to learn how to incorporate daily intentions towards healing with health equity and the importance of mindfulness.
