As a founding member of Run-D.M.C., Darryl McDaniels (more commonly known as DMC) has made significant contributions to the music industry. But his impact hasn't stopped there - he's continued to use his voice to shed light on mental health and share his personal journey with the world.
In the first episode of the mibo show, DMC joins Vanessa Broadhurst, Executive Vice President, Global Corporate Affairs for Johnson & Johnson, to discuss mental health and the transformative power of information, resources, and dialogue. Broadhurst, a passionate advocate for improving the health of Black and Brown communities, gets candid about the realities of mental health issues within communities of color and what we all can do to get people the help and info they need.
