Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Mwai and I chatted about the alarming numbers of the increasing suicide rates especially amongst men. We often ask each other to be kind to each other, to create safe spaces for one another. Are these just conversations we are just having and not actually actively doing the work when we are done chatting about it on social media? Are men creating safe spaces for each other. Let us create a space that allows for people to exist in a way that allows for them to flourish. Let us get to Zero.
