✨ The differences between embodied and disembodied experiences and feelings and their importance.

✨ How and why the nervous system engages (sometimes in ways we wish it didn’t) to protect us during triggering or stressful situations.

✨ How we can befriend our nervous systems so we can work WITH our bodies, rather than against it, by strengthening our mind-body connection and beyond.
