In this episode, my intention is to share from my heart and provide you with a tool to help you connect with yourself and check in to the truth within you. I chat about putting yourself and the truth within you first in all relationships but in mentorship relationships, in particular, the importance of connecting with your authentic self and the trap many of us, myself included, fall into with our teachers, mentors and role models. I also share my 6 step process of checking in with myself.
