In this episode I discuss how we can shut off our hearts. We do this to avoiding being hurt abandoned or rejected. We often build strong walls around our heart to protect it. The problem is while it keeps us feeling safe it also shuts us off from what we most need and desire, CONNECTION.
I also discuss the story of the Tin Man from the Wizard of OZ.
