037. HOW TO LOSE 30LBS SAFELY: the best way to lose weight & prevent overeating junk food

If you want to lose 30lbs in the next months, without overeating, you need a safe, healthy & sustainable approach to weight loss.✨🌱
The faster you try to lose weight, the more your body will resist (👉🏻 overeating). Effective & long-lasting weight loss, without any weight regain, is not about the next best diet, 30-day no carb or no sugar challenge, intermittent fasting for 2 weeks, or 75 hard. It's about habits that you can sustain forever!
You will very slowly & gradually become a natural & inevitable byproduct of your daily habits. That’s the key to weight loss!
For instance, I can still sustain my weight loss to this day thanks to the healthy habits I built at the start of my -55lbs weight loss journey, and I am so excited to be sharing those habits with you today! 🌱
