232 - Cathy O'Brien is a healed and vocal survivor of the CIA’s MK-Ultra Project Monarch operation. She rejoins The Fifth Dimension to discuss healing our collective case of trauma-based mind control.
Cathy's story may be the most heart-wrenching of any guest I've interviewed. I draw inspiration from the way she has been able to heal and learn to embody the freedom that comes from an open heart. Love is the answer for our predicament, both individually and collectively.
