With over 2000 jobs currently advertised on Seek for Safety roles, there's never been a better time to enter the industry, or re-invent your role within the industry.

Kristine is really passionate about recruitment having worked in the industry since 2007 and run her own HR recruitment business Good People HR out of Melbourne since 2012. Kristine explains how flexible work settings and company purpose is becoming more important in today's job market. The job market is competitive, so for safety, with so many roles advertised it seems to be a great time for workers. A Cert IV in WHS is the minimum training requirement that companies will be looking for.

AI is also another important trend emerging that will surely change the way that we work for many job roles including safety.
