When most of us learned the basics of tapping, one of the first bits of advice we received was to "be as specific as possible when you are tapping."

Sometimes this is straightforward; the issue is singular and clear, so we know exactly where to start.

At other times, our issue involves multiple emotions, and it is hard for us to tell where one emotion ends and the next begins.

When this happens, the advice to "be as specific as possible when you are tapping" is difficult to apply, if not impossible.

In this week's podcast I share my favorite approach to use when there is no clear starting point for an issue. This handy tool will allow you to tap on multiple issues at once.

The approach can be used at the beginning or the end of a tapping session, and can also be applied to a session as a whole.

Listen as I lead you through the entire process after I provide the instruction. This is an essential tool for your tapping toolbox!
