I believe the point of all spiritual growth is to accept, experience and express the magnificent, one with all things, united with god, awareness that we are. The more we focus on accepting the unlimited love and joy and happiness and wisdom and creativity and power that we are, the more efficient and effective our spiritual growth is. This increased focus on accepting and expressing our divine qualities pushes any thoughts that are contrary to that to the surface where we can acknowledge their existence and choose not to act on them.
