How Feminism Grows Beards
Manage episode 424684437 series 3302283
This episode is a little different and a lot short than our usual fare. But that's purposeful. If I spend all our time focusing on the big heavy and negative I will become that. So to balance my obsession with facts, data, biology and trauma I love to come up with crack pot ideas for things. I don't need to be told any crazy conspiracy theory. I can come up with one in a heart beat for almost anything I'm looking at! lol
This episode is like that. I have thought for many years now that the trend of growing beards among men is a societal reflex to feminism. Good men especially good straight men need to express themselves as much as anyone does. In 2023 there are not a lot of ways that a man can express his masculine energy that is not problematic.
This is where beards come in. They're not offensive most male bodies people can grow them. Most importantly it says "I'm a man" without saying "I'm problematic." There are very few things like that available to men now a days. That's why so many good men are depending on their beards to attract women. It's a Feminist thing!
I hope you enjoy this brief little crack pot theory of mine!!
