In today's episode, Tony talks about why ownership and stewardship is important to a leader. Tony gives personal examples to drive home the importance. Ownership in this episode is not what most listeners may expect it to be. However, once you hear the type of ownership Tony is talking about you will understand. A leader that is unwilling to take ownership of their decisions and actions are going in the wrong direction. A leader also understands what comes with stewardship and the extra level of requirement and expectation of care.
