In this episode of The Naren Agarwal Show, we had my dear friend and passionate entrepreneur, Mr. Anish Agarwal, CEO and Co-Founder of "Sabse Sasta Dukaan" and 'Flye', as our esteemed guest. They started their operations in 2018, and have since gained the trust of thousands of customers by home delivering authentic medicines. They have also launched their logistics arm FLYE which has delivered more than 4 lac + shipments across and has 250+ franchises all over Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & Odisha. Anish and I discussed about various significant factors related to the "e-commerce - pharma" sector in the country and the story behind his and his company's success. We talked about the goals he has for the company, the various challenges and advantages that "digitization" poses for the sector, the driving factors for him as the CEO, communication and leadership philosophes of the company, and various ways in which "Sabse Sasta Dukaan" and "Flye" is adding value to people's lives.
