Beloved, healing is a journey, the inner work can be done but it’s not the destination. It’s important to remind ourselves that we’re not bad, broken, or reverting if we’re in this process of healing. It requires us to take a step in the direction of wholeness each day. Have you felt triggered by something that you thought wouldn’t bother you? Something you thought you had worked through? You’re not alone Beloved. We simply can’t live in an illusion where bliss is permanently engraved in our energy, there will be times when we need to practice self-compassion vigorously. Self-compassion is so important as it connects us to this part of ourselves, the Sacred Woman. The Sacred Woman comes from a place of connection, connection to her heart, soul, spirit, the land, Source, and most of all, compassion.

If we can move away from negative patterns we can free ourselves from past traumas that are still active in our thoughts today. We can heal. 98% of our thoughts will be the same the next day unless we reprogram our mindset and we change the patterns. A lot of the thoughts we have, aren’t true, especially about ourselves. Once we let go of those untruths and receive the compassion we’ve deserved, that’s when we can heal sustainably. Processing the thoughts, emotions, and feelings we have and reflecting on them allows us to move forward the next day, without pushing them down and forcing our brains to create negative habits from them.

If you have trauma, hurt, grief, loss, and anger inside but you want to thrive, this episode will give you the tools to merge with your healing process sustainably, without feeling like every two steps forward is ten steps back.
