4. Radical MS Transformations Through the Power of Food (with Terry Wahls, MD)

This week, I welcomed Terry Wahls, MD to my show. Dr. Wahls is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Iowa where she conducts clinical trials, as well as the author of the New York Times bestselling book Wahls Protocol: A Radical New Way to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions Using Paleo Principles and the cookbook The Wahls Protocol: Cooking for Life.
Dr. Wahls was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the young age of 45. Through her own intensive research and breakthrough in diet through a program she developed called the Wahls Protocol™, she incredibly reversed her symptoms.
