Today's episode is a Simplicity quickie. This is a bite-sized one. I actually just finished doing a training session with a girl that I have been doing personal training with, and she's been training me. One of the reasons that I decided to take on an in person personal trainer for myself is that there is something really powerful about having in-person accountability. I want to talk about taking steps to put your health first with no excuses.
