In this episode, we talk with Ryan Jenkins and Steven Van Cohen authors of “Connectable: How Leaders Can Move Teams From Isolated to All In.”
Ryan is an internationally-recognized keynote speaker and three-time published author. For a decade, he has been helping organizations create engaged, inclusive, and high-performing teams by lessening worker loneliness and closing generational gaps.
Steven is a global leadership consultant and executive coach. He has spent 12 years working with hundreds of leaders helping them improve worker well-being, reduce employee isolation, and boost team belonging.
We talk about the prevalence of loneliness within the modern workforce and the damage it causes to the individual and the organization - and then explore simple pro-social behaviors we can all use to create more connections throughout our daily lives.
