Following his retirement from DuPont. He became a principal consultant for Monsanto and later Clean Air Engineering where he lectured nationally for the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency on the challenges associated with achieving compliance with the Clean Air Act. In fact, his contribution to the Act forced EPA to completely rewrite the Compliance Section of the Act. It is this broad range of experience in both engineering and law that allowed Frank to be recognized for his expertise in interpreting complex regulatory requirements and contracts — an expertise that he has used to expose the carefully hidden details of what we are ACTUALLY owed from health insurance.
Now 87 and headed for yet another retirement, Frank lives with his English wife Angie, along with their two dogs and her 17 ducks, on a 200-acre working farm in Chester County, Pennsylvania where they own and operate the town’s Hardware and Supply business.
