In this new podcast episode, I interviewed Alison Cupples, Business Processes Expert (the wonder woman of admin!). ⭐
Alison created her business in 2015 by offering services as a Virtual Assistant to small businesses across the UK. However she noticed that her clients were not only needing admin support, but advice on how to do their admin more effectively. This kickstarted a rebrand into Innovate Collaborate, which provides a helping hand with SME’s business admin and the processes behind them. Alison prides herself on supporting her clients to maximise the time they have and is extremely invested in their successes in all areas of their business.
Outside of her business she is currently studying part time for a degree as well as raising her extremely energetic 4 year old daughter.
