This episode is brought to you by Stacy Toth of the The Whole View podcast.
In this episode, Stacy and Dr. Sarah discuss how we can comprehensively measure our health versus the negative self-talk that derives from brands and influencers marketing quick-fixes, detoxes and beauty products.
Welcome to The Whole View. We’re excited to have new listeners! So, for anyone new to the show, let’s briefly introduce ourselves.
Stacy - 20 year career in Federal regulation and law, my life changed in discovering what we put in and on our bodies affects our health. Now my own boss, leading a large team focused on getting safer non-toxic living products into the hands of everyone.
Dr. Sarah - medical research background, PhD in medical biophysics, used diet and lifestyle to regain my health, and now see myself in many ways as a science translator, a bridge between the researchers working to expand human knowledge and the people who can benefit from the actionable information
A lot of our shows lately have done some very deep dives into the science on topics like foods, lifestyle factors, hormones and specific nutrients! Today we want to pull all that together and discuss the basic philosophy of health and how we define and measure the actual goal.
