Starting off my guest features with a bang!! My friend Cat Davis discusses her journey fighting for her childhood Bipolar I Disorder diagnosis, and we will both discuss the challenges we faced as we were understanding and establishing our narrative and life story. Cat will be a regular guest, and we will touch on labels, the pros and cons of labels, and the common theme of negative bias toward mental health. Not everyone will love or accept your story, but Cat is a prime example of how important it is to embrace and advocate for your mental health to live a healthy and authentic life!
