I released an earlier episode on what I believe we can look forward to in 2021. I do believe brighter days are ahead and I want to share something else with you as an encouragement.

After a year like 2020, we can all look forward to something extra special; we're going to end the year with a sighting of what's being referred to as the "Christmas Star," I like to think of it as a sign of hope! This Christmas star or as I'm calling it, a sign of hope, will be visible, although it isn't actually a star at all. Jupiter and Saturn will be so close to earth, and aligned in orbit, that they'll appear to create an intensely bright "star." Jupiter and Saturn will only be 0.1 degree apart.

This planetary alignment of Jupiter and Saturn hasn't been visible for 800 years. Toward the end of December, you can expect to see a beautiful, glowing light in the night sky. On December 21, which happens to be the December Solstice, Jupiter and Saturn will align so closely in the night sky that they'll create a radiant point of light..
Rumi said, "Nothing can nourish the soul but light!"

Astronomer Patrick Hartigan said to Forbes. "Alignments between these two planets are rather rare, occurring once every 20 years or so, but this conjunction is exceptionally rare because of how close the planets will appear to be to one another," He said, "You'd have to go all the way back to just before dawn on March 4, 1226, to see a closer alignment between these objects visible in the night sky."

You can see this from anywhere in the world on December 21, 2020. But scientists also say you’ll be able to watch as Saturn and Jupiter get closer and closer for the entire week leading up to the big event.

Why do I call it a sign of hope? There's a supposed spiritual significance to the planets aligning. It's believed that the alignment of the planets is connected to a shift in energy, taking us from a place of turbulence to a quieter place of peace and harmony.

Let's step back and take inventory of the deeper meaning. Are we communicating properly? With love? Are we taking appropriate action in life? Do we appreciate every lesson we learn from our experiences? Do we project what we want to receive?

What an amazing thing to behold. And this beautiful sight won’t be visible again until 2080. So, be sure to take a moment on December 21 to marvel at the incredible work of our Creator!

Rumi also said, "If you wish for light, be ready to receive light!"

Many blessings from me to you with love and light over this beautiful season of hope!
