What messages do you find yourself speaking over and over? Where did it come from? For a lot of us, messages were engrained from our childhood. Our inner child. Today, as we get close to closing out 2022 and begin a new chapter in 2023, I wanted to share 6 things we can say to our Inner Child to find the healing we need.
This episode in part was a reflection after hearing of Stephen "tWitch" Boss' death. I share a bit of my personal story and I pray that it will give you permission to also find healing that you need.
