Join us this Monday for our interview with Gerrit Butler who is Jordan's childhood family friend. In this episode of Mental Maintenance, Gerrit starts off by sharing about his mom who passed away of cancer when he was 13 years old. He shares the tough moments of living through her sickness but also celebrates the good times he remembers with his mom, Heidi. Denise & Jordan then ask him to share about his journey into becoming a local Police Officer for Fairbanks, Alaska. Gerrit explains that a good day on the job for him is a day where nothing happens.
