From no exercise at all growing up, to learning the gym, figure competitions, and then CrossFit.
I have had to learn to eat differently every time, from taking supplements, to being limited with my food selections, to then finally to where I am now, no restrictions but creating boundaries to optimal heath.
How I got here and what I want to help my audience see.
