This meditation practice is designed to help you navigate through the pain and loss experienced after a breakup. It will guide you to find a quiet space, focus on your breath, and visualize your feelings of pain and loss. The meditation encourages self-compassion, and acceptance of your feelings, and visualizes the transformation of pain into peace and calm. It concludes with grounding yourself back in your surroundings, carrying the peace with you throughout your day.
