I want to share something deeply personal with you. It's about worries, something that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

In this podcast episode I delve into my own experiences and struggles with worry. I come from a family that has always been prone to worrying, and I've noticed that this trait continues to persist even as my parents have grown older. Sometimes, I catch myself succumbing to worries about the future, especially when it concerns my sons and their paths ahead.

If you're like me, you might have expected that practices like meditation, journaling, and mindfulness would banish worries from your life entirely. But I've learned that life isn't just about eliminating negativity; it's about how we cope with these challenging emotions. Both positive and negative aspects coexist in our lives, like light and darkness or feminine and masculine energies.

The good news is that we can change how we deal with these emotions. When worries creep in, I've discovered a powerful way to shift my mindset. I'd like to share this technique with you in the episode. It's about living in the present moment and focusing on what we can change right now to bring joy, love, and peace into our lives.

One of my personal strategies is to move my body and immerse myself in podcasts that speak about mindset, growth, and awareness. It's incredible how the words of inspirational voices can shift my perspective and help me forget my worries.

In the past, I used to blame myself for needing therapy and antidepressants to manage my emotional state. I felt ashamed that I still worried at times. But today, I understand that it's okay not to be perfect. I'm proud of how I can change my state of mind in mere seconds or minutes, and I want you to know that you can do it too.

Remember, changing your thoughts can change your life, and it doesn't require monumental shifts. Even the smallest changes can lead to profound transformation. In the episode, I share how I've decided to start running again, taking care of my body and my health.
