You know what happens when you get stressed right? You make an entire series of bad choices the rest of the day! I call these bad choices dominos and in this episode we discuss why you make bad choices and how you can stop that first domino in the chain of bad choices from falling.
This is light approach to dealing with stress and you will come away with some simple yet impactful tips to experiment with next time you have a stressful day...which will probably only be a day or two away.
My goal is that you will see stressful days in the near future as days when you can practice and experiment with keeping that first domino from falling.
