This episode goes into the supplements someone uses on their fitness journey. I myself have taken supplements over the years to aid in gains. But you can also take supplements for loses in weight as well. In this episode I will explore what supplements are as well as the form in which they come in. But you can't forget the meals that you should consume with the supplements that will contribute to your overall gains or losses on your journey. Then again, as with the supplements and meals, I also talk about what not to take into the body as supplements. Because not everything you buy is going to be in your best interest. And if you want to know which supplements to use, I talk about the influencers in the health and wellness space on social media. Then I end with going into what supplements are currently on the market.
