Today we dive into the psychology of a yoga teacher, and of my dear friend, Georgia Mort. This pisces baby is wise beyond her years. Her authentic, grounded demeanour inspires those in her corner to let things be and let things go. G has a beautiful mind and I'm so honoured to hold space for her, as she shares parts of it today.
We dive into G's journey as a lawyer, yoga teacher and student. She shares insights on balancing life as a newly turned 30-year-old, as well as her experiences reading people, shifting energy and juggling a million moving pieces at any given point. We talk about the power of movement, stillness, balance, vulnerability and her experiences navigating cystic fibrosis. So proud of this human - I hope you enjoy!
